Tristan “TJ” Martin is a lifelong Emerald Coast native and seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience spanning development, construction, and residential sales. After graduating from the University of Central Florida, TJ began his career in the insurance industry before returning home to the Gulf Coast — where his true passion for real estate took shape.

TJ launched his career with D.R. Horton, Inc., managing developments encompassing more than 200 home sites through every stage of the sales and construction process. His leadership and performance quickly set him apart, earning recognition as Top Sales Leader from Panama City to Pensacola in 2013, with over $15 million in sales in his first year.

In 2014, TJ joined Holiday Builders, where his deep understanding of both design and construction led to the completion and sale of more than 65 homes. His achievements included multiple company awards — Highest Dollar Volume, Highest Net Sales, and Sales Agent of the Year (2015) — culminating in over $23 million in annual sales.

Now as President of the Abbott Martin Group with eXp Realty, TJ combines his development background, business acumen, and natural leadership to guide one of Florida’s top-performing real estate teams.
